Reach Thousands in our Newsletter: You will receive our monthly newsletter with articles promoting our members.  Promote your business – you can submit articles or press releases.  Advertising in our newsletter reaches 10,000 Jefferson County households; our newsletter is the leading source of business news in Jefferson County and goes out in the PT Leader the last Wednesday of the month.

Let Our Web Site Help You: Our web site, www.jeffcountychamber.org, significantly increases your exposure to the general public – especially if you send us information to post! The Chamber’s membership directory can also be accessed through www.ptguide.com, Port Townsend’s City Guide. We highly suggest an Expanded Listing at only $100/year which includes a link to your website, logo and 150-word description of your business and your location on google maps!

Discounts on Reader Board signage at the Visitor Information Center (VIC). Please call Karen at 360-385-2722 for availability and rates.  There is a discount for Chamber members.  Book your space early!

Insert your business flier – insert a flier into our monthly newsletter that goes out to all of our members for $60.  Or, include an insert into our Thursday Member-to-Member e-newsletter for $20. This goes out to over 1000 community business people.

VIC Card Brochure Rack: For a small fee, you have the option of placing your business brochure on the card rack at the Visitor Information Center, where it will be exposed to over 22,000 guests per year from all over the world, as well as Port Townsend and Jefferson County residents. We also have several satellite locations where we display brochures on a rotational basis.  Learn more.

Use Our Bulk Mailing Permit:  You are entitled to use our bulk mailing permit, a money-saver if you are sending out a mailing of 200 pieces or more. We are here to help you through the process.

Access Our Mailing List:  You may use our membership mailing list, which we will supply to you for a $75 fee for an Excel spreadsheet or $80 for printed labels.

Network at Weekly Monday Member Meetings: You are invited to attend the Chamber general membership meeting every Monday at noon at The Elks Lodge, 555 Otto St.    Chamber meetings are always lively and informative events! See our current schedule.

Sponsor a Member Meeting:  for only $100, you can sponsor one of our lunch or breakfast Member Meetings.  You get your business name on the community readerboard that day, you get listing with your name & logo on the weekly e-newsletter, you have your name & logo on the meeting Welcome sign, you can have a display out the meetings and make a short presentation about your business, and give away a door prize to the members.

Attend Business After Hours and Business Seminars: You are entitled to get discounted pricing to all Chamber events.

Rentals available: You are entitled to get discounted pricing to rent the Chamber projector & screen, tent, and stage.

Advertising Opportunities: The Chamber has many ways to advertise your business.  We have our monthly newsletter, our annual Membership Directory and Business Resource Guide, and our website (banner ads).  In 2014 we will also be promoting a Port Townsend map (which includes Tri-Area and Port Ludlow) that will be available at all of the Visitor Information Centers on the Peninsula and on the Washington State Ferries.
