Jefferson Healthcare – Physical Therapist – Home Health
The Home Health Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients referred for physical therapy. Directs and assists patients in a program of strength and flexibility exercises, muscle re-education, transfers, balance training, gait training, pain relief and orthotic/prosthetic use. Performs physical therapy treatments using such physical modalities as heat, cold, water, massage, manual techniques, joint mobilization, electrical stimulation, and other modalities as per training.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
· Current Physical Therapist, Washington state license in good standing required
· CPR/BLS certification required
· Graduate of an approved PT program with a BS PT, MPT, MS PT or DPT may be required
· Two years’ experience preferred in outpatient setting, one year inpatient or SNF preferred
· May require valid Washington state driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
· Leadership skills preferred

Niblicks Cafe Manager- To provide members and guests with quality food and beverage products in a clean, friendly atmosphere with a focus on guest first customer service. Supervise cafe attendant staff, order product, conduct monthly inventory, coordinate banquet functions, and audit daily point of sales reports.

Front Desk Clerk- Making and changing reservations, multi-line phone system, checking guests in and out, cash handling, resolving gusts concerns, balancing paperwork at end of shift, working well with coworkers.
Banquet Server- Serves banquet guests, services coffee breaks, sets up banquet tabletops, buffet lines and meeting room items according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO).

Line Cook- Work with the kitchen department to ensure food is prepared to order and department standards are exceeded. Preps and prepares food for restaurants and banquets according to company standards and guidelines.
Relief Night Auditor- Performs all night audit functions; ensures all daily transactions are reconciled.
Server Inn- To service our guests in the Dining Room, Fireside Lounge, the Sunroom and any banquet room or outdoor space professionally, timely and friendly through an acquired knowledge of menus that are created quarterly, during the year.
